Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 27, 2026This policy explains how kyle handles information when you use Windstep: Sky Runner and this website.
The game and information stored on your device
Windstep: Sky Runner does not require an account. Game progress, completed stages, best times, language and sound preferences, and locally cached purchase entitlement identifiers are stored on your device so the game can save progress and unlock content. We do not operate a game account or sync these details to a Windstep server. Removing the app removes its locally stored game data.
Fonts loaded by the app
The app requests font stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to display its interface. Those requests expose standard connection information to Google, such as your IP address, device or browser technical details, request time and request headers. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. The app does not use these requests for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Purchases and Apple services
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment details and may process information needed to complete, verify or restore a transaction under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. The app receives product and entitlement status to unlock or restore content; kyle does not receive your payment-card number. For billing records or refund requests, contact Apple.
Analytics, advertising and accounts
The current iOS game does not include an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK, does not show third-party ads, and does not require registration or sign-in. Gameplay and preferences are not sent to a developer-operated game server.
Support email
If you email support, kyle receives your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to include. This information is used to respond to you and resolve the request. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed for support, record-keeping or legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed.
This website and Cloudflare Pages
This website is served as static pages through Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes standard request and network information, such as IP address, requested URL, time, user-agent and headers, to deliver and protect the service. The site has no advertising or first-party analytics code. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy policy.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app from your device. Apple and Google handle information they process for their own services under their policies. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you. Email kenny.linnnzy@gmail.com and describe your request; do not include sensitive information unless it is needed to identify the support conversation.
